Chad Austin Fitness is dedicated to helping people of every age get into fantastic shape, so they see first-hand how important it is to stay healthy. As an experienced professional trainer, I am here to help you every step of the way, and answer any questions you have about fitness in general.
Your personal training program begins with discussing your own fitness goals. I will design a workout plan around these goals that will immediately challenge you and provide fast results. As your training progresses, the intensity of the training will increase so you continue to achieve noticeable gains in your fitness level. I make sure to work with clients according to their individual needs and schedules.
There are numerous benefits to partner training. Experience has shown that having more than one person involved in a fitness program will keep both people more motivated and focused on their goals. I use different tools to keep both clients on track, such as an accountability log that each person will fill out. Another benefit is that partners are actually able to split the price of the training sessions! You and your partner will receive personal training in a private studio. I also feature a group training program for three clients at one time.
Fitness Boot Camps
Receive an intense, calorie-burning workout in a fun and motivating environment! Each boot camp lasts six weeks, and we will meet twice a week for 60 minutes at time. My boot camps are available in the spring and the fall.
