This group is for the health and fitness enthusiast who aspires to develop healthy habits that will improve their quality of live! The Be Fit…For Life Club was created by myself and Dr. Kelly Baltuska. One of my main objectives is to help people overcome the obstacles in their lives that they use as excuses to not make fitness a priority! Kelly is a 2012 graduate from Cleveland Chiropractic College. Kelly encourages his patients to take an interest in their health care with a well-rounded and multifaceted approach that includes, but is not limited to: healthy dietary habits and supplementation; regular exercise with both cardiovascular and strength training; a full night’s sleep; prayer and/or meditation and chiropractic adjustments.
