The moment you make fitness a priority in your life it is much easier to win the fight against your excuses! Unfortunately that doesn’t mean there still won’t be reasons why you can’t always make it to the gym, or make it to my fitness camp. The unexpected will still happen! Your car could break down, your kids could be sick, your boss may need you to work late, you could get snowed in…etc. When the unexpected happens you can’t let that be an excuse to forget about your fitness plan! Your goals are way too important!
