The MADNESS is back!
I love march madness! The excitement starts with desperate teams stepping it up a notch during their conference tournaments, hoping to score an automatic bid with some great games. Then comes Selection Sunday when we finally get to see where our favorite teams land in the bracket. There will be many cinderella teams, who we have never heard of, make a name for their school in the next few weeks. History has shown us that if you are in the tournament you have a shot! We get so caught up in this tournament every year that we can easily end up spending the next few weeks in front of the tv.
Last year Dr. Baltuska and I, put together the “Keep Fitness A Priority During the Madness” Campaign, and it was a big hit. I decided to put together a new March Madness campaign this year to help you get your workouts in.
